My practice is rooted in the extensive study of Chinese Medicine carefully adapted into a comprehensive Bodywork and Wellness framework. I focus on nervous system regulation and somatic release to help you recover from everyday stress and physical stagnation.

During our sessions I work directly with your body using acupressure, energetic touch and Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage to clear deep tension and restore balance. To support this physical approach I provide practical wellness consulting. This includes guidance in Chinese diet therapy and Bach flowers for emotional balance and energetic support.
