    How does a coaching session work?

    First Session: In our first meeting, we’ll take the time to get to know each other, define your overall goals, and establish the framework of the coaching relationship (duration, session frequency, etc.). This session lays the groundwork for trust-building and collaboration in an ethical and confidential setting.

    Following Sessions: Each session is tailored to your pace and needs but follows a structured series of steps to ensure a focus on actionable results:

    • Setting the Stage: We start by creating a comfortable and open space and reflecting on the progress made.
    • Defining the Session’s Goal: We orient each session toward a concrete, measurable goal aligned with the overall goals of your coaching.
    • Exploring and Working on the Topic: We examine your ideas, emotions, and behaviors in order to identify your unique challenges and opportunities through active listening and questioning techniques.
    • Creating an Action Plan: We turn these new insights into an actionable plan that suits your needs and helps you make progress.
    • Closing the Session: We review your progress, reinforce your learnings and establish the next steps.
