Ericksonian hypnosis is therapeutic, its aim is to help you heal. (You can forget about hypnosis spectacles you’ve seen on TV.)
It’s a tool that enables your conscious mind to collaborate with your unconscious mind, thanks to a natural hypnotic state that is accessible to everyone.
Each session is unique and enables you to implement change in your life, focusing only on solutions.
When is Therapeutic hypnosis used?
Therapeutic hypnosis can be extremely useful in three situations:
- You need to sooth or extinguish the fires at a key moment of your life (burn-out, grief, separation, changing country, having a baby… etc.)
- You want to change a behavior or bring resilience/flexibility to certain ailments (quit smoking, emotional eating, tinnitus, post-op pain, etc.).
- You want to deal with a past trauma (only certain types of trauma can be treated by hypnosis.)
In my opinion, therapeutic hypnosis is even more powerful as a complement to psychotherapy.
Understanding one’s patterns and traumas intellectually enables deep and long term healing.
But it’s sometimes complicated to move on from intellectual understanding to emotional integration and concrete actions, which is where hypnosis can come in and help.
Who am I?
I spent the first 7 years of my life in the corporate world. But after 4 years of psychoanalysis (Jungian and Freudian) as well as a year of relational and systemic psychotherapy with a hypnotic approach, I felt like i did not belong there anymore and decided to retrain at l’Arche Paris in September 2022 (French Ericksonian hypnosis research center and school).
As an Ericksonian Hypnosis Practitioner since September 2023, I work with people in French and English, on a variety of issues such as hypersensitivity/hyperempathy, corporate themes (self-confidence, public speaking, management etc.), I work with children and teenagers, athletes (mental conditioning) and I also work with people who have undergone certain types of traumas.
Defining myself as a Feminist, I support the LGBTQIA+ persons regarding personal and family issues, in both individual and group sessions.
Always striving to infuse a great deal of empathy, trust and vulnerability into my sessions, I’d be honored to suport you on your healing journey.
The way I work is simple, one session every two weeks at the most, and then it’s up to you to decide how many sessions you need.
