Positive psychology is primarily concerned with health and well-being, that being what makes humans resilient, happy, optimistic, rather than focusing on the sources of psychopathologies. Positive psychology aims at taking an issue, a problem by the opposite side by looking into the positive aspect rather than the negative one.
