Compassionate Psychological Support for Children, Teenagers and Their Families
Growing up is not always easy.
Children and teenagers face many emotional, social and developmental challenges as they learn to understand themselves and the world around them. Most young people experience periods of anxiety, sadness, frustration or uncertainty. These are a normal part of development.
Sometimes, however, emotional or behavioural difficulties become more persistent. A child may begin refusing school, struggling to regulate emotions, withdrawing from friends or showing signs of anxiety or low mood. Teenagers may experience overwhelming academic pressure, low self-esteem, identity questions, depression or difficulties talking openly with their family.
在 柏林的中文治疗, our psychologists provide evidence-based psychological support for children, adolescents and their families. Therapy is always adapted to the young person’s developmental stage, personality, family environment and individual needs.
Seeking therapy does not mean something is “wrong” with your child. It is an opportunity to better understand what they are experiencing and help them develop the emotional skills they need to thrive.
