I believe that every person holds the inner resources to restore balance and well-being. My role is to offer a safe, authentic, and non-judgmental space where emotions, relationships, and life patterns can be explored with curiosity and compassion.

I work with adults and young adults, combining evidence-based practice with genuine human connection, creating a therapeutic journey tailored to each individual.

Online sessions are available in English, Italian, German, and Spanish.

Ich bin überzeugt, dass jeder Mensch die Fähigkeit in sich trägt, innere Balance und Wohlbefinden wiederzufinden. Meine Aufgabe ist es, einen sicheren, authentischen und wertfreien Raum zu schaffen, in dem Gefühle, Beziehungen und persönliche Muster mit Neugier und Respekt erkundet werden können.

Ich arbeite mit Erwachsenen und jungen Erwachsenen und verbinde wissenschaftlich fundierte Methoden mit einer einfühlsamen therapeutischen Haltung. Jeder Weg ist so einzigartig wie der Mensch selbst.

Online-Sitzungen sind auf Deutsch, Englisch, Italienisch und Spanisch möglich.

Creo que cada persona posee los recursos necesarios para recuperar el equilibrio y el bienestar. Mi labor es ofrecer un espacio seguro, auténtico y libre de juicios, donde explorar emociones, relaciones y patrones de vida con curiosidad y respeto.

Trabajo con adultos y jóvenes adultos, integrando el conocimiento científico con una profunda sensibilidad humana, para construir un proceso terapéutico adaptado a cada persona.

Las sesiones online están disponibles en español, italiano, inglés y alemán.
