With a background in rehabilitation, mental health, and therapeutic support, I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of emotional, cognitive, and behavioral challenges. Throughout my professional experience, I have supported people navigating periods of stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma-related difficulties.
I also have experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries, which has deepened my understanding of the relationship between cognition, emotions, identity, and everyday functioning. Supporting people through cognitive and emotional rehabilitation has strengthened my interest in the complexity of human functioning and the ways in which psychological experiences are deeply interconnected with the nervous system and the body.
Alongside this, I have a particular sensitivity in working with highly sensitive and gifted individuals, who often experience emotions, environments, and interpersonal dynamics with heightened intensity and depth.
Over time, my professional path has naturally evolved toward a more integrative and holistic approach that combines neuropsychological understanding with somatic, body-oriented, and trauma-informed perspectives. I am especially interested in the connection between emotional experiences, nervous system regulation, embodiment, and self-awareness. I believe that healing and transformation happen not only through insight and intellectual understanding, but also through reconnecting with the body, emotions, and internal experience in a safe and grounded way.
My intention is to create a therapeutic space that feels human and supportive, adapting the therapeutic process to each person’s needs, rhythm, and goals.
I speak English, French, German, and Luxembourgish, which allows me to work with an international and multicultural clientele and to offer support across different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
