Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like something isn't quite right, even though you're keeping things together on the outside?
You may find yourself overthinking, feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, repeating the same relationship patterns, or struggling with a sense that you've lost direction. Perhaps you're navigating a significant life change, questioning who you are, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.
I work with people who are often seem to be functioning on the surface but feel unsettled underneath. Together, we look beyond symptoms to understand what's really going on, helping you make sense of patterns, build self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is warm, conversational, collaborative and challenging. People often tell me they feel comfortable opening up with me quickly, and appreciate feeling supported while also being gently challenged to grow. I'm not a therapist who simply nods and reflects back - I'll ask thoughtful questions to better aid your development, and I'm happy to have a laugh with you when appropriate - the work can be heavy enough. Where it compliments a topic, I also bring in psychoeducation and practical tools. I'm happy to take the lead in a first session, (if you are happy to do so) with an assessment/history, which takes the pressure off 'where do I start?'
