I am a clinical psychologist trained in Peru and a psychotherapist working with adults, offering sessions in both English and Spanish. I was born in Peru, and my personal and professional journey has led me to live in different countries and cultures, shaping the way I understand identity, belonging, and emotional experience. I am now based in France, where I continue accompanying individuals from diverse backgrounds.
I have a holistic and integrative approach to therapy. I believe that healing involves the mind, emotions, body, and spirit as an interconnected system. Our experiences shape not only our thoughts, but also our nervous system, relational patterns, and sense of self. For this reason, I integrate tools from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Systemic Therapy, emotional processing, and body-based practices, understanding that transformation requires working on multiple levels.
I particularly support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and moments of emotional disconnection. Many people I work with feel ready to understand the deeper patterns and beliefs that shape their lives and to move beyond living on “automatic mode.” I deeply believe that every person is unique. I adapt my approach to each individual’s needs, rhythm, and personal process. In addition to individual psychotherapy sessions, I also offer breathwork sessions, which can facilitate deeper emotional release, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with the body.
My intention is to create a safe and supportive space where each person can explore their inner world with honesty, strengthen self-awareness, and move toward a more authentic, coherent, and meaningful way of living.
