Background

I hold a degree in clinical psychopathology (Lumière Lyon II University) and in clinical psychology and health psychology, specialising in psychotherapy and trauma (University of Lorraine).

I also completed part of my studies in South America, where I was introduced to a more psycho-legal and humanistic strand of psychology, particularly in relation to trauma. Part of this background is rooted in an analytical approach, whilst the other part is more integrative. This provides a rich practice that allows me to adapt to patients and offer better support.

Practice 

I worked in France with young adults in psychiatric settings and with adults with physical and mental disabilities in specialist care homes, before undertaking a placement working with children in a specialist residential care home. I then practised via teleconsultation whilst working with elderly and isolated people in Bavaria. Finally, I was able to partially develop my clinical approach around interculturality whilst volunteering at a school in West Africa. Working in these different sectors has given me the opportunity to engage with a variety of issues.

In my practice, I place great importance on creating a space for freedom, exchange and listening within a caring environment where we can build a relationship of trust and work together as a team.
I can support you in many areas using a range of tools to help you cope with certain difficulties and improve your daily life. Whilst being mindful of my own capabilities and limitations, I hope to support you as best I can throughout this therapeutic process.
