Wellbeing is never a static endpoint, but a dynamic process that accompanies us throughout our entire lives. My clinical identity was shaped by years at the Department of Child and Adolescent Neuropsychiatry at Policlinico Umberto I in Rome: time spent listening to how emotions take form in children and adolescents. There I learned that in adults too, the difficulties we face today are often signals of a story that asks to be heard with competence and gentleness.
Today, in my work with adults, I carry this integrated vision with me: the ability to look at the person not as an isolated symptom, but as an individual in constant evolution. Whether you are facing a difficult transition, the weight of a choice, or the need to reconnect with yourself away from home, my practice—physical or digital—is the safe space where we can renegotiate your identity.
You will not find an expert observing from above, but a professional who walks alongside you. My practice, founded on third-wave Cognitive-Behavioral orientation, combines the warmth of listening with the precision of science. We will integrate, where useful, validated assessment tools to give substance to our work: we will define clear goals and monitor, step by step, progress toward the psychological flexibility you desire. You are not here to be 'fixed,' but to rediscover your compass and learn to navigate your emotions with a new, more conscious kindness.
