I work with children from age 5, adolescents, and their parents, supporting them through challenging life situations.

I work primarily from a systemic perspective. This means I look not only at what is currently difficult, but also at the relationships and life worlds in which a child or adolescent lives.

What lies behind fear, anger, withdrawal, frustration, or recurring conflicts? Which needs might not yet be recognized? And what can help in dealing with these challenges differently?

Children often cannot yet put into words much of what occupies them. To provide them with a safe and playful access to their inner world, I work integratively, combining methods from various counseling approaches that I tailor individually to each child.

I particularly enjoy using creative methods such as painting, free play, and self-invented stories. These enable children and adolescents to express their inner world naturally and to engage with feelings and difficult experiences.

Children need adults who understand them and provide them with security. This is why collaboration with parents is particularly important to me.

I support you in better understanding your child's behavior and needs, finding new ways to handle challenging situations, and building greater confidence in your own actions.
