Therapy for Everyone

Depression? Anxiety? Dread? Self-doubt? I’ve faced them too—I know how lonely it feels. But you don’t have to go through this alone. We can face it together. I’ll ease the burden and steady you through the storm.

My practice is grounded in psychoanalytic therapy, which explores the deeper, often unconscious patterns shaping how we experience ourselves and relate to others. Because of my academic background in philosophy, I approach therapy through an existential lens—helping clients make sense of life’s challenges, cultivate meaning, and strengthen resilience.

Having lived in the Far East, Africa, and Arabia, and traveled to more than 50 countries, I bring a cross-cultural understanding to my work. This global perspective allows me to meet people openly, without assumptions, and to create a therapeutic space where diverse life experiences are welcomed.

Male Therapy Focus

While I work with everyone, I also offer therapy specifically for men (regardless of orientation). Many men find it difficult to speak about their struggles—whether related to intimacy, addiction, or performance—but therapy can provide a safe and constructive space to work through these challenges.

I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy endorsed by the WHO, to help address:

Addictions – including pornography and other sexual addictions

Performance Anxiety – such as sexual performance, public speaking, or other pressure-driven situations

Through EMDR, distressing experiences can be reprocessed, reducing their intensity and opening the way for healthier choices and greater self-confidence.
