My practice is rooted in the extensive study of Chinese Medicine carefully adapted into a comprehensive Bodywork and Wellness framework. I focus on nervous system regulation and somatic release to help you recover from everyday stress and physical stagnation.
During our sessions I work directly with your body using acupressure, energetic touch and Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage to clear deep tension and restore balance. To support this physical approach I provide practical wellness consulting. This includes guidance in Chinese diet therapy and Bach flowers for emotional balance and energetic support.

Emotion regulation in adult ADHD
Emotional dysregulation is not part of the formal diagnostic criteria for ADHD, yet it is one of the most common and least explained difficulties adults with ADHD report. Meta-analytic evidence shows that adults with ADHD differ substantially from people without diagnosis in emotional dysregulation and emotional instability (Beheshti et al., 2020).
This meet-up will consist of a short lecture, a brief individual reflection task, and a group discussion. It is open both for people with official ADHD diagnosis and ones relating to the symptoms. Hopefully, you can learn something new as well as meet people you can relate to.
