I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, working with adults and couples. My journey into psychology was deeply influenced by my experiences growing up in various countries and cultures - from Spain to Argentina, Belgium to the Netherlands, and now France. These experiences sparked my curiosity about the diverse ways we are shaped by our environments, relationships, and inner worlds. I have always been fascinated by how our unique histories influence who we are, yet how we all share a fundamental need for connection: with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us.
I believe in the power of therapy to help us reshape our relationship patterns and reconnect with ourselves. As Gabor Maté said, “We can’t change the world that created our minds, but we can change the mind through which we create our world.” This philosophy guides my work as I support clients in exploring the patterns and experiences that may be keeping them feeling stuck, and in finding greater clarity, meaning, and flexibility in how they relate to their lives.
In my clinical work, my approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, with the aim that you can feel truly heard and understood. My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based methodologies that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), the Gottman Method for couple's therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches. Alongside individual therapy, I also engage in talks, workshops, and group formats, bringing conversations about mental health, relationships, and emotional wellbeing beyond the therapy room and into wider community spaces.
My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and develop healthier, more fulfilling relationships, starting with yourself.
