I am French of Breton origin. I have rediscovered the joy of living in Berlin since 2021, after various experiences in marketing in France, Germany, and England. Alongside my corporate life, I have delved into the world of Pilates, which immediately captivated me. Therefore, I decided to train in STOTT Pilates at Berliner Pilates Studio with Deborah Degano in order to share the benefits of this practice. I offer Pilates classes on mat, with or without small equipment, in French, English, and German
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a method for strengthening the deep muscles of the abdominal area, as well as the back, legs, and arms. It’s a gentle and low-impact method, making it accessible to everyone. By emphasizing precise movements and focusing on breathing, Pilates offers each individual:
- Strengthening of deep muscles
- Improved body posture
- Increased flexibility
- Enhanced balance and coordination
- Reduction of stress
