I’m Maria, a clinical psychologist, hypnotherapist, and mindset coach based in Berlin. I help millennial women navigate life transitions, overcome unresolved childhood trauma, self-doubt, procrastination, and emotional blocks, and reclaim an unshakable sense of confidence and self-worth.

In our work, I use a mix of hypnotherapy, CBT-based tools, and belief reprogramming techniques to help change patterns that live in the subconscious. I use guided visualizations and personalized hypnotic meditations to create real, lasting change. I also work a lot with healing the inner child, and my clients often share that through this process, they begin to feel whole, joyful, and finally unstuck.

One of my core areas of passion is helping women struggling with fertility, especially when the cause is unexplained.
