My dietitian nutritionist methodology

My recommendations are based on a balanced, diversified, accessible, 100% personalized and frustration-free diet. Your diet must be synonymous with pleasure and serenity, so that the changes we make are lasting.

Our diet is inextricably linked to our health, which is why each of us needs to find a balance that suits our tastes, tolerances and pace of life. I can help you find the right balance between well-being, health and pleasure.

Whenever possible, I recommend a low-glycemic index, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant diet to improve your overall health. I teach you to listen to your food sensations so that you can regulate your food intake in complete serenity by listening to your body.

My background

I have lived 3 expatriations in Spain, the United States and have been living with my family in Berlin for almost 10 years. I became a Dietician-Nutritionist to accompany those who, like me, want to feel fulfilled in their diet. I chose to focus on well-being through nutrition, as food is an exciting, enriching and powerful tool for taking care of yourself and your health.

I am a French registered Dietitian. I trained and qualified in France and worked in two university hospitals before setting up my own private practice. I worked with patients suffering from obesity and undernutrition, diabetes, eating disorders and chronic inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). During these experiences, I discovered the importance to know and respect your food sensations of hunger, satiety and satiation, following the principles of G.R.O.S. (Groupe de Réflexion sur l’Obésité et le Surpoids), in order to regulate your food intake in a sustainable way.
